Nice game and cool take on the theme. I really loved the art stile and atmosphere. What I would suggest you is to make fog disappear near main character so player could see character and close surroundings easier. Also every time player release movement controls the character switches back to default north direction I would change that. Some invisible walls were unnecessary imo. Overally a nice game to be made by a solo dev. Well done!

How does the game fit the theme?
In the story you are given choices on whom to trust and the only way of surviving is trusting no one, 3 different endings and one where you live.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The player art was downloaded from itch.

The theme Trust no one was really well integrated like literally you could trust no one not the girl, the villager nothing.
I really liked the game
I liked the atmosphere and the concept of trusting nobody is well utilized.
I would recommend a couple of different tiles to add more variety to the floor and randomize steps sounds so it not that repetitive.
I got more than one ending and I would say this is the game they make a lore video on
Short and sweet. Was fun going for the other endings! There were a few weird hitboxes and at times unclear where to go but a fun experience overall
I quite liked the atmosphere, it gave the game a really eerie vibe. The random sound effects and darkness added quite a lot to the experience. The story was also pretty sweet, I liked the whole cosmic horror vibe (and the "at the crossroads don't turn left" might be a reference to a certain Minecraft video?).
I would say the character control is a bit slippery and there are some weird invisible collisions on the graveyard, but that aside it was a very enjoyable experience, good job!
Atmosphere was really nice, and it fit the theme very well. I enjoyed it overall.
Love the atmosphere! Almost fell for the jump scare LOL! I'm not usually into story games, but this one hooked me from the start.
Critiques: the sound effects could use more polish same for the darkness overlay.
Other than that, great work for a single dev game jam!
You really can't expect me to trust a little girl in a cemetery! The sound design was great. The walking simulator/dialogue loop is totally fine, but I'm an absolute clutz who kept bumping into the collision everywhere. Also, how are there 3 endings? I only got two (trust her or don't). Pretty sure I heard footsteps stalking me at one point, turned around and nobody was there—guess I was just scaring myself with my own footsteps!
I liked this game, it give that eery vibe and mysterious atmosphere that match the theme as well !
Would definitely love to see more polish on the environment, the ending is pretty cool, love the twist !
Great job for your entry !
Pretty good, very interesting story and choice systems. I have to say a bit more polish would make the experience much better, mainly through introducing variety like pitching the sfx (e.g., walk-sfx), and adding a bit more colliders (I went out of bounds). I believe I also got all 3 endings, but only 1 of them had an end screen? Those are just little things that can push your game even further. Criticisms aside, this is a really good game, well done!
The diagonal movement has to be fix is faster , the fog filter it follow the player, it should stay fixed on background instead. There need to be walls in the areas you can't go, or if you like the open space area then when you go in that direction give a message like "i go in the wrong direction". The story is interesting ,it catch my attention, on that one i have nothing to say.
JUMPSACAREEED !! 10/10 game psychological horror ! Too short but incredible art and storyline !! WELL DONE BRO IN SUCH A SHORT TIME !
Good game, i can imagine that i was hard to make it all alone. Love the fact that it has multiple endings.
