Really cool game and great art! Although I got softlocked at the start of the third level. I'm not sure if I missed something.

At level 3 you need to light up the crystal to open the doors

I tried that actually. I remember a tiny progress bar I think, but nothing happened.

Developer(+1)

The first crystal is a bit buggy you have to activate it from further away

I love the elevator music! It's a classic haha

I had fun with it, it's a simple concept and it works. I feel like maybe adding more sounds to the monsters would make it more creepy?

Game is amazing, artwork is very good. Pretty solid one

This game actually got me paranoid with every steps lol

The art at the start is very nice and the in-game sprites are also well made
I love the design of the enemies especially the boss, very cool!

The music is fitting and it's a very enjoyable game overall ^ ^

Very fun! And I Iiked how it challenged my reflexes and ability to navigate the area. I enjoyed the game a lot, good job!

This game was lots of fun! The cover art and pixel art were very well made. The statues were a very creative way to incorporate the theme.  The boss fight is really good as well and took me a while to beat (I think that's just a skill issue on my end).

Quick and very enjoyable game! It just felt very good and satisfying to play. The artstyle is cute as well as scary at times and the sound design is very fitting, the rooms had a tense atmosphere which I liked! The game fits the theme very good as I was constantly second-guessing which statues and exhibits will/won't come to life. The elevator bossa nova was a nice, cute detail haha. I liked the difficulty a lot AND wouldn't have minded if it was a tad bit more difficult even! Didn't overstay its welcome and was just the right length. Overall I enjoyed it very much, congrats on this nice game! ^^

Finally got to play this. Amazing work on the animations, loved the way the exhibits move XD The gameplay was fun too! The camera letting you see little of what's ahead was a good choice, kinda pushes you to proceed with caution. I think the dino lost interest in me after being kited to the corner, so I wasn't given much chase in the last level though.

Still, a very solid game! Congrats! ☆

Thats a really good game I really enjoyed playing it all the way to the finish.

it has good mechanics and I really love the museum artifacts turning into monsters thats a really cool idea!

the game feels really good and hopefully you'll keep working on it!

Good job!

Really nice package. Art and music were wonderful (I obviously loved the elevator music, but also the creature's looks and also i raised my sound in the elevator just before the dino level and it put the fear of god in me); the levels were good, i had the feeling of running and dodging while trying to find out where to go and remember where i left of enemies- really nice combination. Very good final product, an intact little game that felt polished.

Really fun game! The pacing and length felt just right, and the controls, art and music all came together really well. I especially loved the elevator music. It was catchy enough to get me dancing in my chair during the breaks.

Wow that was so fun and so polished! The music/sfx was really relaxing (nice touch with the elevator music and the player bobbing along as he waits for scary monsters to chase him again lol) and its amazing you were able to get so much done with the pixel art in such a short time - great game!

I'm so dumb i kept trying to figure out why my player was running backwards for the first two levels and then realized i could use my mouse to move him LOL that's my bad as a chronic console player haha

Really solid game, and it was fun to see a fresh take on the movie. The gameplay was good, and it was nice to see polish on things like the loading screen. I was absolutely thrilled and shocked at the end to see that you had the time to implement a full boss fight, and had lot's of fun getting eaten by the t-rex multiple times. My only critique is that the wall color is fairly similar to the floor color on the earlier levels which can make it a bit difficult to navigate. Congratulations on this and great job!

I really enjoyed this concept, oddly enough I especially loved the elevator as well. The design was really well done, and the cut scenes, and explaining movements. The only thing was the player got stuck facing one direction, no matter which way I ran. Thanks for your game I really enjoyed it!

Fun game! I loved the art, especially on the monsters/statues. The music was a good choice as well.

Sometimes the character would stop running and the character wouldn't turn making it hard to progress with the flashlight.

I like this one! Visuals are very nice and a simple but effective core mechanic! The crystal charge up was unclear to me at first but that was the only hitch. Well done.

I was really impressed with the visuals, good job!

Good athmosphere and I really liked the monster designs. I was thinking, what if you could date them? Kinda of reminds me of a game we did for a gamejam once.

Developer(+1)

My favorite monster is the dinosaur.

Submitted(+2)

I really liked it, only complaint I'd say is that the sound effects are VERY loud in comparison to the music.

Developer

Thanks for playing.

I was thinking about adding a simple menu to control the music and sound effects. I'm not sure if I can edit it now that the jam is over.
