How does the game fit the theme?
"Trust No One" is the entire mechanic, not just flavor text. You wake up in what looks like your own house, but a voice speaking directly into your mind keeps stating things about it — calm, confident, and sometimes wrong. The player has to distrust that voice specifically, along with their own instinct to believe whatever feels most familiar, and instead verify each object against what's actually consistent. There's no external villain to fight — the tension comes entirely from not knowing which parts of your own memory (or the thing speaking as your memory) can be believed.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Only some furniture prop models and sounds are reused third-party assets. Everything else — code, level design, writing, and the rest of the assets — was made during the jam.

Great atmosphere and visuals. The jump scares made my computer lag unfortunately, and felt a little cheap. I'm not sure I fully get what was going on, but great job nonetheless.

The vibe was great, I was a bit confused about what was going on, though, and only really saw the hand try to get me, but good start of something

Love the shader

It felt spooky. The audio kept freking me out, and the guy popping in and out was a good jump scare. Id love more to do but this is a really good entry for the jam. Awesome job!

The visuals and audio are spectacular, and the concept is great, but honestly, I didn't fully get the story. I'd love to see a finished game on this topic with more time spent polishing it.

The atmosphere, visuals and audio are really great. You really exceled at that! I wish there would have been a bit more to do gameplay wise. Looking forward to a full release :)

I really enjoyed the game. The shader over the screen lagged my computer a bit but other wise 9/10.

One of the best atmospheres of this game jam, i literally couldnt walk of the fear ;-;

Great atmosphere, not sure if it was just the web build or something but there was a bunch of fps drops particularly where the jump scares were and it kinda ruined the experience. Once thing i would advice on, definitely make objects change a bit when you can interact with them and/or maybe remove the option to interact with them if you can no longer do so. I found myself wandering around for a while to figure out which object i still had to interact with.

I love the shader on everything gave such spooky vibes. I was a little confused on what to do and that I had done anything. Something coming down from outside the ceilings was cool (a giant hand?).

The atmosphere is really great! The jump scares seemed a little buggy but one of them got me lol.

Really liked this game, the atmosphere, audio and visuals! There is one thing I want to say, the glitch effect was a bit hard on me the longer I played, so an option to reduce or disable it would be nice. That might just be a sensitivity thing on my end, but could be something worth having

Stunning visuals! The jumpscare got us haha

Good Visuals and Great Audio. Is the game supposed to end with just me waking up or is there any other progression?

Developer

Yep, that's the ending for now , full version with more coming later. Thanks for playing!
