Animations where you are about to accuse someone was so good. Game was also very polished.
When I saw the "I Farted" option I actually had an out loud chuckle, but I could not figure out when that options shows up.

And a color/scent reference UI is actually a really good idea! We’ve gotten some feedback that the relationship between the food and scent colors wasn’t clear enough, so having a reference available during the game could definitely help. Thank you for the suggestion!! :D

And yeah, I can definitely see how the gameplay can start to feel repetitive after a while. We probably tried to make a few too many levels instead of adding more variety to the mechanics TT That’s something we’d love to improve if we keep working on it after the jam!

Also, about the fart audio... our programmer actually recorded fart sounds...with her mouth.... We just didn’t manage to put them into the game before the deadline 😭
This is cool. At first i was reminded of a game called 'mcpixel' which had a similar 'small scenarios' setup, but this one was a little more focused and cohesive, which was great. Love the art.
A bit more of an introduction would help a lot, I think.
As a long time fan of farts, it was a great time. Overall, awesome work :)

TRAICIÓNI love these big sprite art games. The lack of explanation of how to choose was challenging. Took me a bit to figure out that the arrow wasn't part of one of the suspects art. Overall a nice entry.

I ws thinking its based on the food color but I wasn't always right so im not sure thats the right way to figure it out haha
but apart of that its a really cool concept and fun game. I like it!

The personalities and animations are ADORABLE!! I also love the theme interpretation XD.
Guessing was really hard for me, I would try to match the fart colors to their breakfast and get it wrong. This could just be a me problem though.
I also think some more feedback on an incorrect (or correct on levels with multiple culprits) would go a long way!

And no, I don’t think that was just a you problem! We definitely could have explained the relationship between the food and fart colors more clearly, especially in the later levels. More feedback after each guess, particularly when there are multiple culprits, would be really helpful too.

MURDER AT MOTEL 88After level 12 it went black screen for me, so I guess I made it? I also saw that once you know the answer you can restart and get 3 stars right away.

The missing ending is actually my fault, I’m sorry TT I was responsible for the art and animation, but I couldn’t finish the ending in time before the deadline.
