How does the game fit the theme?
No source can be taken at face value. Every clue must be checked against the others.
Trust no one. Trust the evidence.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I had a prototype before this of tracking gestures for a wildly different game. The rest of the code was made for this.
Music/Sound/Sprite credits coming soon.

At first it was a bit diffucult to get it going , but after I figured it out i enjoyed playing. A very nice idea on this theme overall and everything works well , love the music. Well done!
Interesting idea, but really hard to get how to play. I think I get the logic, but not on 100%
that’s a pretty consistent piece of feedback. I wish I had the time to build a better onboarding and tutorial instead of a text wall. Thanks for checking it out!
this is definitely a difficult but rewarding game!! i love little puzzles like this. really polished presentation too and once you wrap your head around the process it's really nice to play!
Thanks for sticking with it long enough to find the fun! The presentation feedback means a lot from an artist as good as you!
This is a tricky game.
I prefer more kinetic games personally, but I know tons of people who would love a game like this.
Nice submission, well done.
You know what’s weird, I’m actually the same. This started as a pretty fast paced spell casting game and the design just evolved into this over time!
Really unique concept! It was a bit difficult at first, but I agree that the second run feels much better. Great job!
Thanks for playing! Yeah the first run was always tough for my play testers .
Takes a bit of time to figure out but the mechanic is quite unique and interesting!
Thank you for the feedback!
Really had quite some fun playing the game. The design of a tight deducing loop plus a larger growth loop works really well.
Thank you for that feedback. I still wish the items were a bit more balanced, but I’m happy with where I got up to.
The point system was a last minute panic addition since I kept ending with so much money and it felt bad not to spend it all. Ran out of time for balancing so it was a quick fix! Thanks for checking it out!
Enjoyed the game! Got my victory on the second run with only 1 life remaining. I got lost at the end and had to re-piece it together. The signature mechanic is also fun to work with and I like the shop system!
Clutch! Did you try on hard mode?
Once I lost all my lives and figured out how the game worked, the second run was a lot of fun. I like the roguelike elements and the variability of the rounds. the art style fits the game well and it is quite an original game. It almost reminds me of 'Papers, Please'. Well done!
That was the consistent feedback amongst my friends and the folks here. Thank you for the feedback!
I really enjoyed this game! It’s pretty difficult but the details are so much fun to turn over in your head. The music choices fit the game, and the overall aesthetic is well done. It has a unique concept as well! Great job!
The feedback on the aesthetic is amazing :’). I’m such a programmer, not an artist.
That’s super impressive then! Maybe I’m just a sucker for exactly these kinds of games but the fantasy vibe is so well-put together. I’m more of a designer and it’d take me more than a week to try and make something so cohesive lol. Really really well done mate!
This is cool! It was a little difficult to understand at first but when I did it became fun and satisfying. Well done! Cool concept too.
Thanks for checking it out!
