This was quite fun!
I think it's possible to desync the loops which can make it take a while. Aside from that it's a great idea and I had fun!

How does the game fit the theme?
This game talks about the evolution of trust between people. We are a little demon, and the devil asks us to harm a village and make them believe they are betraying each other. So the trust between the people gradually disappears.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
somes sfx and two plugins, one for dialogue and one for hsm and bt
How many people worked on the game?4

Really nice game! Just curious, was it inspired by the untitled goose game? I really liked the art style, and the puzzles were a good amount of difficult. Not a game breaking bug. but if you go to the main menu and then back into the game all of the characters are in their full normal loop instead of the tutorial loop so it can take awhile to get the opportunity to put the axe at the witch's house. Great job, I loved this entry!
Loved the art and gameplay of this one! Sometimes it did feel like the cursor wasn't quite hitting where I needed it, or needed some other visual feedback, like a "hit effect" when I was trying to break something or a bit more obvious of a tell when I was hovering over stuff that was interactable (I could notice it on some things easy enough, but not others). Still, it was a fun game, and a neat take on the theme!
I loved the artstyle and the music, the demon's suggestions are really nice, they were useful without telling me what to do explicitly. I think it could be improved on the feedback side of things because I was not really sure if what I did effected the gameplay or the item was just reset at its position. Well done team, awesome game!
Congrats to the team! It's a very fun game :D
Loved the animations, sounds and music, I gotta thank you for putting a checklist but it still took me some time to know what I needed to do LOL
Creative concept and amazing work!
It was a really creative idea! Great job! It also had really cool sound design!
The thing that I liked about this game is the art pretty cool game
nice game with great artstyle , though i would have liked a 2x or 3x speed options , still great game
Cute little game, but sitting around while the animation plays out was a bit long in certain sections. Would have been cool to have a few more characters. Also not a fan of the gradient you put over all the linework, I feel like having objects be flat coloured linework would have looked a bit nicer. Good job though!
The visuals are so nice! Great job! I struggled a bit understanding how i should do things (like what to put in the cauldrons, by the way i did not like getting called an idiot for trying to put things in the cauldron while the little imp asked me to put things in the cauldron ;_; , despite managing to get the frog, and the thrown branch?) Really great execution otherwise, it's beautiful!
Like the take on the Theme. Outstanding Visuals and Voice-acting. Struggled a bit with the timing when I could do stuff and when the animations locked me out. Still really really fun.
Yeah we didnt really know how to understand the theme, but we like the way we did it even if we think lot of people will think it doesn't match a lot haha
Thanks to Lucie for the really good voice acting and Liam for the outstanding visual hehe
Do you remember where do you get locked by animation ? We can try to fix it fast
Thanks for you review <33
The game looks incredible good!! I love the art-style and the devil aswel. I like making havoc around town.
I enjoyed it well done!
Hey, I really love the aesthetics and the cozy music :)
The character's movements work well too and the to-do-list is a good idea. Your game makes me think of short version of Untitled Goose Game, with a different (fantasy, arty) atmosphere.
I just wasn't able to do all the things marked in the list. I don't know if I'm just a dumb player, or if it's due to the fact I can't play your game fullscreen (there's a box you can check for that if you edit your game's page, you don't need to change your game files so it shouldn't be a problem for the jam rules), or small bugs ?
Anyway, my main comment is: your art and work on atmosphere is awesome !
Hello ! Thanks you so much for the review !!!
Your not a dumb player ! We have some issues for some action, i'm actually working on it for fixing them ! i will ping you when it'll be fixed !
Also i removed the fullscreen at the last minute because i forgot to made the game responsive... And when i see that, it was too late to redo all the playing scene hahaha
I'm really happy to see that you like Liam art and our atmosphere !
Thank YOU for the game, I think it's still one of my favourites after 1h30 or testing games (so far) :)
Please do ping me when it's fixed, I'd love to play a more complete version. I even think if you add levels you could publish a paid version, I'd definitely buy it. It's also a relaxing change from all the fighting/military/violent/domesticate-other-species games. Apart from the small bugs your game is the type of games I'm looking for in online stores these days <3
ps: I'm sorry for you for the full-screen thing - no worries though your game is still great !
Hey ! I've fix a lot of thing or stuff that was in the game but not connected ! (Like the end)
And the "fullscreen thing" with itch.io work ! i was wrong hahaha
You can test again ! :D
Fun fact, at the beginning, we were thinking about finish the game with you playing one of them and destroy everything hahaha
Hi ! I tried, it's way better I managed to do everything except poison the lake (the cauldron does not reinitialize after it's broken and when it's in this state we can't grab the potion nearby, I think that's why).
Very sweet game. For me it's also very original in comparison to the about 40 other games I've played, both in terms of art (visual & audio) and gameplay :D
The idea for the ending was fun but I think for a jam you did well to rescope ! And I think not actually playing the characters contributes to why your game is so original ?
Really really cute!!! Extremely charming visuals and a great idea. I'm a big fan of the tutorial npc
