How does the game fit the theme?
A spin on the card game Bullshit where talking is part of the game. Players can question each other, bluff, lie, and manipulate what everyone believes, so you can never fully trust what anyone says.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I downloaded some textures from Polyhaven and some sfx from Freesound.org.

How many people worked on the game?

Interesting. Very interesting. I'm fascinated about the enemy AI. I could see how this would be integrated beautifully. The NPC interaction is very interesting. Well polished. This added a little depth to the original game.

A really smooth version of the classic card game! I loved the interactions with the NPCs and being able to lie back.

The sound and visual effects create a great game feel. A well polished game. I had fun playing.

Very nice, and super polished! You guys did good work. I actually won, but it went on a crazy long time (similar to a real-life game). The table talk was pretty interesting. I got lied to once and then pretty much ignored them from then on (after I convinced them to take a hand lol) after that it was just keeping up with who had 4 of what and making sure cards got called before it got to me, until finally I could play at last all 4. Good strategy is playing 4 different cards when you have all 4 of a given. Only got called once. In a non-table talk game, I probably couldn't have gotten away with the trick.

Nice work on the music - the vibe fit very well. Thanks for making the camera shift toggle-able. The look down at the cards was also a nice touch

I completely forgot about this game ahah. It’s nice to see it implemented like that. The NPCs do feel like real player, it’s pretty engaging on that front. Congratz for the great job!

It's actually my first time playing bullshit on PC! Enjoyed it a lot, really reminded me of the times I used to play this with my friends

Amazing rendition of the card game Bullshit! At first I thought the interactions would get old quick but they add so much to the experience. Loved it, awesome job!

Somehow I lucked into a win; that was very cool!
Naïvely, I trusted that when they colluded, the interactions were all very well done!

The whole package is great! An easy game to come back to after the end of the jam.

Wow nice job ! It's a very good idea to replay this old childhood game in a jam :p

The atmosphere makes me thing of a more relaxing Inscryption (with the dull colors and dialogue sound effects). Nice one !

Everything comes together perfectly: interesting gameplay, great graphics, and music. Awesome!

I really liked how immersive the game feels. The camera work especially stood out to me — the turns and movement feel really dynamic and add a lot to the tension around the table. I also loved the lighting, it works really well with the overall visual style and atmosphere. The whole experience feels very cohesive!

This is a killer entry! I can totally see this being expanded into a full release, amazing job!

Submitted

This one is solid! Never played it before, and I didn't think I'll like it, but I did! You managed to make the players feel alive and with personalities, great job!
