How does the game fit the theme?
The game is built around the idea that you cannot fully trust the character you are not currently controlling. While one character follows your direct commands, the other may act independently and create unexpected problems. Progress requires relying on all characters while constantly questioning what the uncontrolled character will do next.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All the visuals and the code is developed during the jam.

It's an interesting idea, but it's like I'm missing at least some kind of short warning when your other person decides to ruin everything))
Really clever design!! I especially loved the part where your partner (?) suddenly gets possessed by a demon and starts running around XD
The difficulty felt really well balanced too! It wasn't so easy that it became boring, but it also wasn't difficult enough to get frustrating.
Overall, my biggest complaint is that there aren't enough levels!! If there were more, I could honestly see myself sitting in front of my computer all afternoon trying to unlock every achievement XD
Fun little puzzle game! Really like the concept. very impressive how much content you guys made in just a week!
My only issue: I think you can cheat the system meant to make other characters do unexpected things. I found myself spamming R to buy time, which meant I never actually ran into the unexpected behavior. Adding something to prevent that would be great.
That said, I also played it as intended afterward. Great job!
I played and rated the game, I found it a bit jarring when the tutorials popped up because it made it hard to play
Fun puzzle game and cool idea! Definitely fits the game jam's theme! The switching of characters is also a cool feature!
Cool game.
Would have been cool if the rogue characters were necessary for specific actions and you had to leave them in specific places (maybe I didn't play enough levels because there were a bit too many :D).
This game is really cool. It reminds me of chip's challenge with an innovative traitor mechanic. The puzzles were actually interesting and fun, although you got to go fast haha, and it gets hard. Only thing I'd say-- is that I was pretty confused on how to play at first. A quick tutorial would go a long way. I'd love to see this as a fully polished game with its own unique art style.
I really like the concept! I think the bouncing between characters mechanic is cool and it was fun figuring out the solutions. The music was boppin' too and the sound effects fit well. My biggest thing is that the levels ramped up a bit too slow, if you get what I mean. It can be helpful at times, getting people used to the mechanic, but once they get the hang of it the slow levels start to drag a bit. Other than that, I think it's a really solid concept! Great job!
cool mechanics, a little bit of narrative can make this game much more interesting and fun i guess, like why is the are the other characters betraying them. I also suggest adding a restart button, just so players can easily restart since players will most likely have to restart many times (well this is just my preference, like aside from the pause panel). but yeah its really good, especially with a duo, thats pretty amazing!
Besides the puzzles being a bit hard to understand at times, all of them were very enjoyable! Speaking of which GOOD LORD did you two add a lot of levels :sob: crazy work
Good surprise! I struggled a bit understanding what i needed to do until a few levels in, but i don't usually play platformers. Good job!
You guys made so many levels haha!
And I really love the little gameplay demos on the right!
Some of the parts actually made me think pretty hard :3
Very original and unexcpeted turn on the theme of the jam. Definetly what needs more improvment are visuals but the rest is good.
Nice consept and also good game… visuals are improving more i think but overall great game 💝
