Oh this game was full of surprises! Especially the part I found out I am supposed to fist fight the farm product haha! Game is nicely done, I loved the core concept and visuals especially with fruit models. One suggestion is to slow down the starving process a little bit. Also the lighting could be a little better. Shadows were too dark and it made the atmosphere a little bit dull but still I found the visuals so lovely. Well done!

Really fun and original concept! I loved the idea of growing your own enemies, and the first time the vegetables came after me was pretty funny :D
The visuals and music also create a really nice atmosphere. I think the main thing that could improve the experience is clearer onboarding and a bit more feedback during combat, especially sounds or hit effects when attacking enemies. The stamina/hunger balance could also be slightly more forgiving.
Overall, a creative interpretation of the theme with a lot of potential. Great job
I was fully expecting to defend my crops against intruders but laughed out loud when the carrot popped out with hands up. I enjoyed the simple gameplay loop for some time but I wish the map was explorable, maybe you could find seeds in some hidden corner.
Thank you for your comment! At some point I had put some better box colliders near the shop and you could climb on it and jump on the nearest tree. That made me think about secret items hidden in trees you could parkour towards but we didn't have time to implement such elements. After an update we lost some progress close to the deadline so while remaking a lot of stuff i didn't add those colliders back in.
Surprisingly addictive! I found myself 30 kills in before I knew it, haha. The game loop turned out to be a lot more fun than I first thought, great job with the design there! A couple ideas for extra development could be using the well to refill your watering can and making the stat upgrades more interactable, but the game loop itself is a great base already :)
Such a cute game and the models of the grown vegetables are adorable. But I noticed the lighting was a little messed up. It is really lit up with really noticeable shadows. When the vegetables grow, they are completely black from the shadow, when I circle around them, only then can I see their models. Also I wish the stamina depleted slower.
Interesting idea! It would be nice if there was an arrow to guide the player to where the garden is. Perhaps the garden could be closer to the shop! Overall good job!
Great idea + the game looks absolutely great!
Try my game if you want.
I really like the core concept! the idea that what you grow becomes your enemy is a clever twist. My only critique is that the crop attacks felt a bit repetitive after a while. I think adding more variety in how different crops attack would make the combat feel better. That said, I think this game has a lot of potential. Great work guys!
Nice work! I like premise and style. The hunger mechanic is a good one. I was planting lots of veggies thinking to myself-- what does this have to do with the theme... then I found out the hard way. lol
I just HAD to try if I'm able to escape the map an well: I made it! XD
Anyways, this was just for fun and I think the game is innovative and fun, cool idea going great with the theme. Great submission 🐞
Hahah at first I thought hmm what spot would that be then when i tested I realized you can scale the walls easily xD. I only briefly tested if you can get stuck in the walls just by walking the perimeter and was like should be fine never thought of trying to escape the map. Thanks for you kind words glad you enjoyed it!
This game has a lot of potential. I think the concept of growing your own enemies to defeat them and gain points is really cool, but like other commenters said it could have been fleshed out a bit more (though with the 7 day time limit it's totally understandable)
The visuals are nice and the way the crops run at you is pretty fun, the music is also nice although some sound effects would have done wonders to the combat
A really cool entry, kudos to the team!
Farming your own waves of aggressive vegetable monsters is such a hilariously chaotic twist on the theme! The gloomy aesthetic and gloomy music set a fantastic vibe....Adding basic hit-markers, enemy damage SFX would make the fist combat feel way punchier and easier to jump into.
Great concept! I think this concept could be expanded on quite a lot and make for a pretty fun game. I also like the music and art style. The punches might need a bit more indication on when they actually hit the enemy, and maybe the stamina drain should be just a bit slower. But overall pretty solid game!
I was just wondering what those hands for until the plants grew up and immediately chose violence. Can't trust those plants.
