Super-cool game and concept. Had a lot of fun with this one on the steam today. Thanks for hanging out and make a fun territory-info-distro game. Very unique!
I really like this game but I feel like there is lack of information of moles. What if there is 2 moles and they cover each other or they blame who you think is loyal.
Nonetheless, I have fun stamping those cars(I keep stamping even da boss says go sleep lol), sound and visual is so matching I wish my game can be llke that.
I really liked it!!!!
Its a real fun and in theme game. I liked it. But the name of the game could use a little work :D Other than that solid job!
You're right this was actually the working name, we had so little time left! We should've prioritized it at the start of the jam lol
Game looks absolutely beautiful! The problem with it being essentially a guessing game later on can probably be improved upon if you want to work on the game after the jam cause the fundamentals of a good game are here!
Nicely done. There's a lot of effort in this. Felt like I was in Jade City. Took me a minute to realize that the thing under the stamps wasn't a piece of paper but an intercom. Pretty fun game .
I love the character designs in this game
Nice jam game! Mechanics and gameplay are pretty good for a jam game. I played for a while and immediately caught the first liar since they sent me the wrong info. I just wonder if the liar changes every day? Maybe a clear warning panel could be shown at the start of each day about this. Later I picked the same fox again because they sent me to the wrong direction again but the game ended. It’s got its own fun mechanics instead of just being a generic papers please clone. It would be great if the wait time were shortened the time between phone calls to see the next info. Other than that this is one of the games I spent the most time with. So this is a very great entry!
It's a solid little game that could use some areas of improvement. I never could figure out who was lying to me and who told the truth so it was a toss up on if I was doing the right thing. Since I had to restart to try and get further (never did make it the whole time), it pointed out two quality of life features you should add if you take this further or do something similar in the future. I'd add an audio slider (that chat sound got loud on my end), and I'd add the ability to adjust text speed (either by just hitting space to see it all at once, or a slider as well). Other than that, it's a creative take on the theme and plays well.
Saw your game in the stream It looks great needs more polish but Its still looks amazing the hovers and systems works great !
Thank you! Now I'm wondering which stream... :)
It was something like lilbrogaming idk
visuals are wonderful and it makes really good use of the theme, the mini map is a great addition too! alongside the complexity that is added with the changing districts and the pictures, im getting a lot of papers please vibes from this, ive seen a lot of games do there own take on it but this is the first one ive seen that does it in a very creative way
well done!
Great game please rate my game
Just did :D
I love the visuals, but the gameplay could be a bit more polished, sometimes I got stuck with 4 or 5 the same number buses and I am forced to wait the one phone for the one I do not know.
I can see you were fighting with the project right up until the last minute (submitted 3 minutes before deadline)
I'm glad you pulled it off, you put on a really good game!
Also I have no idea why u have so few ratings, this game deserves more attention.
Thank you for your kind words! When starting the design process we were indeed a bit skeptical if it'd work or not. I think we made an okay ish design, but some refinement is needed, like you said!
Love the Papers Please take on this! It's a bit impossible to know when someone is lying and when someone is telling the truth. So it was a 50/50 guessing game for me
Yep we were aware about the design flaws, I would love to refine it one day!
Thanks
Really fun!! The first round i didn't clock that the zones were already colored based on "fox" or "cat" territory but by round 2 where the pencils were added, i was able to get it (: really clever game & i loved the color scheme/art style - i enjoyed it a lot!
Great atmosphere! The visual style and music fit the setting well. It was a bit weird at times being stuck with 3 cars of a number you don't have info on and getting spammed about stuff you already knew. Besides that i really enjoyed the gameplay and had fun!
Yeah you can really feel that the intercom script was one hell of a mess. Glad you still liked it and my music though!
The game has good graphics and great sound, but I didn't quite understand the connection between the game and the theme.
On day 3 you get a board with pictures from the people you get info from. From day 3 forward, one of those people will give you wrong information. Hence the connection with the theme "trust no one". If you have any more questions, just let me know.
Wow, this is great! It took me a minute to understand whether or not I was doing it right, but I only sent a couple wrong orders, so I must have had the right idea. I love the vibe. Very fun!
Nice! I'm glad to hear that you figured it out, we were tinkering a bunch with the onboarding and had too little time lol. What day did you get to?
I got through all 7 days :) I got to keep my job!
Really good! Everything is so well done, it's probably my favourite game of the jam! No notes!
Wow thank you, that's very kind
