How does the game fit the theme?
A spin on the card game Bullshit where talking is part of the game. Players can question each other, bluff, lie, and manipulate what everyone believes, so you can never fully trust what anyone says.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I downloaded some textures from Polyhaven and some sfx from Freesound.org.

How many people worked on the game?

Really solid submission, good job!

Somehow I lucked into a win; that was very cool!
Naïvely, I trusted that when they colluded, the interactions were all very well done!

The whole package is great! An easy game to come back to after the end of the jam.

Wow nice job ! It's a very good idea to replay this old childhood game in a jam :p

The atmosphere makes me thing of a more relaxing Inscryption (with the dull colors and dialogue sound effects). Nice one !

Everything comes together perfectly: interesting gameplay, great graphics, and music. Awesome!

I really liked how immersive the game feels. The camera work especially stood out to me — the turns and movement feel really dynamic and add a lot to the tension around the table. I also loved the lighting, it works really well with the overall visual style and atmosphere. The whole experience feels very cohesive!

This is a killer entry! I can totally see this being expanded into a full release, amazing job!

This one is solid! Never played it before, and I didn't think I'll like it, but I did! You managed to make the players feel alive and with personalities, great job!

great execution of the idea :)

This was a cool concept, and I think the tutorialisation was done well with the two characters running through a round. Would have loved to be able to say what my cards were instead of it being called for me.

I've never played this game before, but my wife was sitting next to me and she has. Once I figured out the rules, it was really fun and well implemented. Also loved the noire visuals!

Never liked cheat in real life, but this was a great atmosphere, art and sound! Really felt like I was hanging with two chill mafioso-type dudes, great fun!

Nice game, had a great time playing it!

Nice this is a blast from the past for me.  Back in high school my friends and I would play this game a ton.  This implementation ran pretty smoothly and reminded me how to play and some old memories haha.  nice work glad to see 'bullshit' make an appearance in the jam.

Sometimes I got a little lost whose turn it was, and who was asking who and why.

But I've always played Bullshit like that!! I didn't know there were other rules, hahaha :) Great job anyway—the other two players' lines are believable and really add something cool to the atmosphere.

Such a nice submission, gonna try to play that one in IRL for sure.
Gives off a little bit of Inscryption vibes, great work!

I've never played bullshit before and I'm not good at card games in general but I really enjoyed the dialogue the other players have with you in the game! It was also very fun to play, very quick and snappy movements. They kind of add to a high pressure situation like this.

this is such a fun twist on a classic!! easy to pick up and fun to play, i can see myself returning to this as someone that loves a lil card game on my puter. the lying system was maybe a little straightforward but still super smooth and never felt punishing. brilliant lil game!

Simple but great! The dynamic of double bluffing both in cards and words adds a lot. ^^

Well either I have great luck, or I'm just a quick learner, first try. Now I wanted to leave a detailed list of points on what to improve on... but I kind of don't have any in terms of what the game is. It does what it set out to do and everything surrounding that works well, the sound design was good, the art didn't have any egregious faults, the game design was solid, it's just kind of a good card game adaptation.

letting the table talk and accuse before anyone calls is what makes this, thats the good bit of bs and you nailed it. the dim card room look is lovely too
