How does the game fit the theme?
The little blotches you hire to help you finish your painting sometimes turn on you. It could be any one of them. It could be all of them. I wouldn't trust any of them, honestly.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Very satisfying pond click and very fun incremental! Well done

super cool incremental game! one small thing I noticed but I'm not 100% sure in the late game it felt like holding down to upgrade wasn't working anymorea
also a neat audio trick is randomizing the pitch slightly so repetitive "drops" sfx is more satisfying!

I think making it easier to read the dialog without it clearing before the player can read it would be the only critique. Everything else about this game is great and I'm really impressed. Also really cool work with the shaders!

This was really fun! Loved the concept and execution 👏

Really cool game. I really enjoyed it. the art work and the splash work with colors are really impressive. Great work mate.

I love incremental games! Perfect execution , aligned with the theme and enjoyable. Congrats!

The art and gameplay are both great and enjoyable. I didn’t like having to click so much at the very beginning, though. I think being able to construct faster and achieve more satisfying results earlier would make for a better experience.

The custom shaders look stunning.

Visually pleasing and also somewhat addicting too. Although the audio gets a bit unpleasing to the ears after playing for a while. Loved the game and congrats on the submission!

This is awesome! I really like it

It was a very fun game. Collecting all the pigments from the pond was really satisfying. The sounds are catchy too. Feels very polished and well made.  Amazing job.

Very addicting clicker! I didn't get where i wasnt supposed to trust no one tho.

Very fun idle/clicker game. I really enjoyed seeing the town become more colorful over time. Great job!

Very nice and well polished!

It's just a clicker. There are some weak moments: dialogue windows are too big, and there is no option to skip them (the town records really freaked me out). The guide is TOO ANNOYING. I think it would be good to add a setting to disable him. Rogues are too hard to find, it would be good to add some sound effect when they appear, or something else (No, the guide is not enough. It's a casual clicker anyway).

The tavern upgrade highlights them with a circle of pigments on a regular period, and the painting dims a bit when one's trying to drain a building. But I'll see about adding more to it, I definitely should have added sound. Thanks for the idea! I'm also brainstorming better ways to handle chat bubbles, so hopefully that helps it out.,  Thanks for playing.

really great! i like games where numbers go up. the tooltips sometimes got in the way tho

I really like the painting style, and the little paint characters are cute. Felt very satisfying to see the color come back into everything. The story is interesting, although I had a hard time following it because there was so much other stuff going on while I was trying to read the text. Overall, I had a great time!

Really stylish and super addictive! Good luck in the competition!

A relaxing and beautiful game that fits the theme perfectly! I do wish it was easier if a blob has gone rogue but other than that I loved it. Even got what I presume is the true ending.

Clearly this is a contender for jam winner. I don't know how you managed it but you made a game that was fun, cute, engaging, complete, well-polished, fit the theme, and just generally is a good game. This is the first one so far that I found myself wanting to continue playing because I found it genuinely enjoyable. Make this into something more. You have a great basis, and I think you could make a genuine full release on steam. I have literally no critiques. I can't even believe that you managed to fit in lore along the way. Bravo!
