Will definitely check yours out! Im rating games all week. Would appreciate if you do the same for me. Mine is https://weazel1.itch.io/lieght-the-way

The contrast between the calm exploration and the sudden shift into tense horror is brilliantly executed—that wrong hallway sound got me good! The mood lighting, ambient sounds, and random maze layouts build a super unique atmosphere.

A few small adjustments would take it even further:

- Adding audio cues or footstep sounds to the chasing chasers in Phase 2 so they don't jump-scare you from behind.

- Tweaking the movement controls/camera to feel a bit smoother in tight corners.

- Explaining the 25-trust requirement for Level 2 before reaching the end.

Fantastic entry overall! If you have a free minute, I'd really appreciate your feedback on my jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The narrative concept and art style are fantastic—turning bullet-hell mechanics into collecting words to piecemeal a story is super creative! The music and overall page presentation look super clean.

A few tweaks would really take it to the next level:

- Ending clarity: Adding better feedback when pressing submit on the final form so players know their choices registered.

- Quality of life: A notebook or journal UI to review collected phrases, plus character name tags during dialogue swaps.

- Difficulty/Readability: Slightly larger text options and making the dodging mechanics a bit more challenging.

Awesome job pulling off such a unique concept under jam pressure! Mind giving our project a try when you have a moment? We'd love your feedback: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The fast-paced gameplay and nostalgic 90s/black-and-white art style are fantastic—shooting slippers through the hallways is hilariously fun! The high intensity and difficulty ramp-up keep you super engaged.

A few quick polish points to improve the flow:

- Score Bug & UI: Fix the end-run score displaying as 0 after dying, and scale down the weapon/UI so it doesn't block vision.

- Upgrade Pop-ups: Add a brief warning or freeze frame before upgrade choices appear so players don't accidentally auto-select while shooting.

- Audio & Movement: Tweak the ultra-loud gunshot/slipper SFX, add a volume slider, and add hit-marker sounds for successful hits.

Awesome mobile-ready potential here! If you have a minute, I'd love your thoughts on our jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The Inscryption-style vibe, eerie atmosphere, and polished card presentation are fantastic—having the eyes track the mouse cursor and dealers actively lying about rules are brilliant touches! Combining classic Blackjack with sleuthing makes for an exceptionally strong core loop.

A few areas to refine for maximum clarity:

- Investigation Feedback: Make the cheating clues a bit more explicit so accusing the dealer feels less like a 50/50 coin flip and more like a deduction.

- Dialogue Logic: Streamline the tutorial prompts (e.g., the first prompt asks if you want an explanation, but the follow-up asks if you already know the rules, which can trip up players clicking quickly).

Overall, super impressive polish and game feel! Whenever you get a chance, we'd love to get your thoughts on our jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The platforming physics feel so tight and smooth, and that second shadow mechanic is a brilliant concept with tons of expansion potential! Blending roguelike elements, information gathering, and platforming into one cohesive loop was super creative. The art style gives it so much charm, too. Outstanding work for a jam entry! Here鈥檚 my game! Reverse tower defense! /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4939683

Managing an ant colony using vector-field brush paths is such a brilliant, clever mechanic for an RTS—it brings back serious Pikmin nostalgia while carving out its own identity! For a solo dev project, the core technical loop, cute pixel ants, and addicting progression are super impressive.

A few tweaks to consider when you optimize post-jam:

- Tutorial & UI: Break down the opening tutorial pictures into step-by-step interactive pop-ups so players aren't overwhelmed with text all at once.

- Combat Clarity & Feedback: Add clear damage numbers, health bars, or hit-reaction animations when ants switch to attack mode so it's obvious the human boss is taking damage.

- Performance & Pathing: Cap maximum ant spawns (or pool objects) to prevent lag/FPS drops, and smooth out the separation forces so ants don't get stuck in tight corners.

Massive potential here for an expanded version! If you have a minute, we'd love to hear your thoughts on our jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

Hi, here is our game if you would like to check out - it's somewhere between tower defense/resource management. We're working on a post-jam update so any feedback will be a massive help /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4950083

Submitted

The incremental auto-tower defense concept set in a creaky, underwater research station is insanely addictive and easily one of the most engaging games in the entire jam! The dark oceanic atmosphere, clean UI presentation, typewriter text audio, and the radar system where you have to upgrade your sensors to distinguish between actual hostile threats, harmless sea life, and hijacked cargo ships fits the "Don't Trust" theme brilliantly.

A few balance, onboarding, and QoL suggestions to make this game even better for post-jam updates:

- Early-Game Economy & Balance: The initial upgrade costs feel a bit steep right at the start. Smoothing out the early progression curve would eliminate the slow waiting periods and let players dive into the core strategy loop much faster.

- Tutorial & Dialogue SFX: The intro story text drags on slightly long for a game jam context. Also, adding a randomized pitch variation to the typewriter sound effect would keep it from feeling repetitive during long dialogue sequences.

- Targeting Clarity: Make sure the target-lock mechanic (clicking a missile/hostile to prioritize it) is explicitly highlighted in a short, skippable onboarding prompt so new players don't accidentally click once and lose HP without knowing why.

- UI Formatting & Button Sizes: Enlarge the upgrade category icons slightly so they are easier to read at a glance, and fix the text-wrap layout bug where upgrade prices over 4 digits spill onto a second line and break the button layout.

Incredible execution on the audio, art, and overall mechanics! If you get a free minute, I'd really appreciate your feedback and rating on my solo jam entry as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The apocalyptic atmosphere, gorgeous pixel art portraits, CRT screen effects, and Phasmophobia-inspired parasite deduction mechanics make this game a total masterpiece for a jam submission! The music and visual polish create a top-tier post-apocalyptic shelter vibe that instantly pulls you in.

A few tutorial, UI, and QoL adjustments for your post-jam update:

- Tutorial & Mechanics Clarity: Pause or slow down time while the tutorial is open so players don't lose survivors on a static screen, and explicitly clarify that a survivor must match *both* symptoms of the identified parasite to be the host.

- Interactive Affordances & Controls: Highlight or outline clickable monitor elements, arrows, and keyboard buttons so players know what can be interacted with right away, and add two-way navigation buttons.

- Inspection Logic & Death Feedback: Disable checking symptoms on dead characters to avoid confusion, and add a quick audio/visual notification whenever a new victim dies.

Genuinely incredible production value and execution! If you get a free minute, I'd really appreciate your thoughts and rating on my solo jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The atmospheric music, consistent art style, and unique "Tribe Trial" village survival concept make this shapeshifter deduction game such a cool entry! Balancing daily villager management with nightly deduction puzzles to weed out impostors fits the "Don't Trust" theme super well and gives it strong board-game-style potential.

A few gameplay, strategy, and UX Polish ideas for post-jam updates:

- UX & Villager Selection: Streamline the villager selection and assignment UI so managing actions and running trials feels less clunky and faster to execute.

- Difficulty Scaling & Depth: Add a toggleable difficulty slider or introduce more complex shapeshifter traits/bluffing mechanics so late-game runs offer a deeper strategic challenge for veteran deduction players.

- Strategic Choices: Expand the 3 main villager actions with clearer trade-offs or resource management mechanics to give daily decisions more weight.

Solid concept with immense replay value! If you get a free minute, I'd really appreciate your feedback and rating on my solo jam entry as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523

The interactive environmental investigation, radio interrogation mechanic, and crisp atmospheric graphics make this short detective experience a perfect fit for the jam theme! Having to scan your surrounding base environment to answer radio prompts creates such a clever and hands-on investigation loop.

A few QoL, UI, and audio tweaks to consider for post-jam updates:

- Text Skipping & Replayability: Add a dialogue skip option so replaying after a loss feels smooth, and randomize the radio questions/answers so second runs stay fresh.

- Mouse & UI Controls: Fix the mouse cursor lock issue after pressing ESC so navigation stays fluid, and allow players to back out or cancel a radio choice before committing.

- Audio Sync & Performance: Polish the transition audio between walking SFX and radio triggers to eliminate audio clipping, and optimize performance for lower-end PCs.

Short, sweet, and brilliant concept! If you get a free minute, I'd really appreciate your feedback and rating on my solo jam project as well: /jam/brackeys-16/rate/4953523
