Neat little idea! I was thinking of something similar had "Dual Purpose" won the theme. Nice to see the UI in action here.

nICE!
Reminds of A Cool game called Bastion!!

Man, I felt so stupid it was brutal xD. I finally figured it out, though; interesting concept, great job!

I liked the game, it implements the idea of using UI as a gameplay feature realy well. Its at times a bit clunky though

Really cool game mechanics! I love the interaction between the UI and the platforming, makes for some really cool puzzles, and with it of course lots of cool bugs I can exploit >:>
Music was really good, and it's definitely one of the more creative games I've seen this jam!

now the idea of using the flashlight didn't come to me so instead I clipped myself into the ground XD

I did manage to get out again with the same volume slider and then managed to clip myself into the ceiling after

then with the speed slider I got out of the ceiling again, and then figured out I could've just used the flashlight

I also found out you can just straight up fly with only the base menu if you open it right after jumping

Somewhere close to the end at some keyhole behind a slab, I clipped through the ground and fell off the map lol

regardless really great game, I love finding these kinds of bugs so I really don't mind, I rather enjoyed it actually!

Had a lot of fun playing this one, keep it up :D

Really fun! Got stuck multiple times, i think it's not always clear what's needed to be done to progress further (after the flashlight, blocked by a thin wall) . Love the idea and your take on it!!!

Really cool game! I did have to restart it though because I got the flashlight before I got the sneaker so got soft-locked there. I also managed to do stuff with the UI, I think was not intentional which might have been part of the problem.

I did have fun playing all the way to the end though so really good jam entry!

Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation. Well, to understand, we have to go back. Way back... to before I had music.

Really enjoy the game; hope you guys make a full one in the future.

Very fun idea, maybe the menu controls could be a tiny bit smoother to make it not quite as difficult to navigate but I get that that' probably not a bug but a feature :)

Such a creative approach to integrating UI elements directly into a platformer! It makes it super easy to overlook minor polish quirks, like the character sprite not flipping directions. Easily one of the most inventive entries in the jam I've played so far, good job!

What an interesting way to change the regular platformer formula, good job!

A clever way to interpret the theme and subvert a platformer, does the momentum with the volume slider only work in one specific spot? I couldn't get it to trigger anywhere else. It was very cool to slowly learn about the world and it's clear you're locked in on level design, which is cool to see!

Wow, incredible work! This was really innovative, and there was a surprising amount of content. Really well done!

Incredible good idea well excuted. Got stuck at the vertical bricks after getting flashlight. Would you give me a hint :?

seems like I should have telegraphed that better, open the flashlight and try standing on the active(yellow) flashlight button, then turn it on/off
